Orange Spider Web Cupcakes (Halloween Special)

Hey it's Vionna and today I'll be writing to you guys a sweet recipe. Orange Spider Web Cupcake. They are simple and easy to make but needs a bit of piping skills involved. The recipe is as follows. Enjoy and Happy Halloween.

Ingredients
Batter:

• 2 cups self-raising flour, sifted

• 3/4 cup caster sugar

• 1/4 cup milk

• 125g butter, melted, cooled

• 2 (59g each) eggs, beaten

• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

• 1/2 a cup of orange juice. ( 2 oranges juiced)

Icing:

• 250 grams of cream cheese

• 3/4 of icing sugar

• 2 table spoons of Fanta

Spider Webs

• 80g of dark chocolate

Method:

1.  For the spider web pour 80g of chocolate in a bowl. Fill a pot with water and put the bowl of chocolate on top of the pot and temper the chocolate.
2. After the chocolate is melted, pour the melted chocolate in a piping bag and pipe a spider web.
3. Put your spider webs in the fridge for the chocolate to set.
4. For the batter put the dry ingredients, flour and sugar in the bowl and mix them together. Create a little hole in the middle.
5. Pour the wet ingredients, milk, butter, eggs, vanilla extract and orange juice into the bowl. Combine well. Use an electric beater.
6. Pour the batter into a cupcake holder and bake the cupcake for 200 degree celsius for 12 - 15 minutes
7. To make the icing, in a bowl out the cream cheese, icing sugar and Fanta. Combine well. 
8. Last off all put all the components together.

Just be wary that in the US the law prohibits the use on Henna on the skin. The only reason why the import Henna is to use for dying the hair. But if a person is caught using henna on the skin they are rarely persecuted.
